A FanTECHstic Flexible office find at 123 Victoria Street, Victoria, London SW1

When a Tech centred investment banking company asked for BBG’s advice looking for their next serviced office in Central London we found them a perfect solution.

Building. 123 Victoria Street, SW1

Client’s industry sector : Tech investment banking

Provider: MYO (Part of Landsec)

Size: 8-12 person office with flexibility for 30 staff at any one time allowing for working from home.

Our client deals with tech companies and high-end investors, they needed an office located in and around Victoria or Mayfair that from fit and feel would appeal equally to those working in finance, investment, and technology.

Our remit was ‘a high-end office with a slice of tech vibe’, a bright, light space, with access to lots of break-out space and hire-able meeting rooms. In particular, it needed a large board room that could accommodate up to 30 attendees. With a flexible workforce, they could then plan to have all the staff in the office for a day or two a month. Finally, they wanted somewhere with the flexibility to grow their space within the same building and to be located in the heart of Victoria.

123 Victoria Street with MYO fitted the bill perfectly. MYO is run by Landsec – one of the biggest owners, developers, and providers of commercial space in London. Myo is their in-house brand of serviced office business centers, their answer to serviced office providers like WeWork, Regus, and TOG. It proved a great answer too!

We helped them find, view, and negotiate on their chosen office with Myo.

You’ll see from the images the way the space nails the remit of ‘high end with a slice of tech’

The client signed a flexible licence agreement and is planning to grow there.

As an adviser to companies large and small, seeking from 2 desks to 300 desks, Nick Jones heads up BBG’s flexible offices team. BBG’s Flex team is supremely well placed to advise London companies on finding their best next flexible office.
