Contemporary city-centre venue specialist ETC Venues signed a lease to open its 17th London location at 50-52 Chancery Lane, WC2, in Autumn 2019.

A lease was taken over the entire 28,500sqft building in the heart of London’s Midtown, home to many of London’s leading legal, accountancy and media firms.

etc.venues was advised by BBG in taking the lease from The Legal Education Foundation.
