68 King William Street

When the serviced office at 1 King Street announced that it was closing, bbg reached out neighbouring firms and assisted seven firms in relocating. Four of the companies, in addition to ourselves, relocated to the new Halkin serviced office at 68 King William Street. The office had not yet opened, but we were quick to spot it’s high quality and effectively pre-let five of the offices and turned around the deals in days. Each firm was able to move from King Street to their new home seamlessly.
