London Legal was formed in 2001 in order to provide a fast, efficient service for legal document handling within the City of London, offering specialist eDiscovery, litigation and property printing and copying services. London Legal had an usual office requirement in that they wanted a large open plan basement space for printing equipment in a very central City of London location. This also had to be an economical option with exceptional load bearing capabilities and column free space. BBG identified and subsequently identified and negated a lease on a cost efficient lower ground floor in Birchin Court.
