BBG acted on behalf of KCA Deutag in the successful marketing and letting of this 20,000 Sq Ft Floor to a well known international asset management firm. The transaction was complicated as KCA simultaneously leased back 5,000 Sq Ft of short term space. BBG oversaw the whole process including helping to arrange all Landlord’s consents for the splitting of the floor.
