Finsbury were looking for an office which reflected their status as being a premier public relations firm. The ideal search location was between the City and West End. We identified the availability of the top floor of the Adelphi “off-market” and recognised it as being one of the best 10,000 sq.ft.+ in Central London as it was in a Landmark building, with panoramic view from the City to Westminster and had a huge 1500 sq.ft. terrace overlooking the Thames. The offices needed comprehensive “back to the frame” refurbishment and we agreed a transaction whereby the offices were pre-let off plan.
