As part of a planned consolidation programme, international university education programme provider, INTO University Partnerships, advised by BBG Real Estate Advisors, has sub-let the 4th and 5th floor of F1 teaching space (17,500sf) in 102 Middlesex, London, E1 to Coventry University. The floors were formerly occupied by Newcastle University.
Coventry University, advised by Avison Young, has taken a lease to 2029 for the expansion of its London campus footprint.
The letting follows from the recent assignment by INTO of the F1 teaching floors comprising 22,000sf in 438-498 Mile End Road, London, E1, to Queen Mary University of London. The deal consolidates QMUL’s administrative and teaching base in east London. BBG advised INTO.
