John Boon

John was a founding member of bbg in 2012 and moved into a consultancy role in 2017.

John’s professional experience in the London office market extends from rent reviews and lease renewals to dilapidations. His advice aligns with bbg leasing advice for occupiers and owners together with our advice to investors and asset management intermediaries.

John’s expertise and standing as one of London’s prominent RICS-appointed Arbitrators leads to appointments in many of London’s third-party disputes.

John previously set up Boon Godbold in 1991 and before that was a partner at Strutt & Parker and Vigers.
