Victoria Ubenyi

Victoria Ubenyi is a Graduate Surveyor who has joined our Leasing and Investment Agency team. She holds a BA Hons in Land Economy (Environment, Law, and Economics) from Cambridge University. During her studies, Victoria focused on the regeneration of urban spaces in London, including Stratford, Newham, in the aftermath of the 2012 Olympics. Her research explored the impact of new office and residential developments, contributing to the Olympic legacy.

In addition to her academic background, Victoria has experience in real estate PR, having worked for a specialist firm that advises leading industry participants, private equity firms, and institutional investors across the UK. She also brings a strong background in social media and copywriting to her role.

Outside of work, Victoria is passionate about athletics and was previously ranked in the top 20 in the UK for the 100m sprint. She also has a keen interest in sustainable fashion and enjoys thrifting for vintage finds around London.
